The Jolly!
The Jolly music stand is the result of the collaboration between the Italian furniture company Universal E C srl and the British designer Bim Burton. The creative spirit of the duo gave birth to a product with peculiar characteristics designed to satisfy the needs of musicians.
“The Jolly” is the first handcrafted wood product that combines a lectern and a music stand with a proprietary and modern design. With its proprietary design and modern look, the product is a versatile solution: in fact thanks to the Jolly stand, you will have all you need for your music session at hand.
The Universal E C srl was founded by the Rossi brothers, who have been working in the furniture sector for decades.
Since 1970, the company processes wood and over the years has become the partner for various clients active in the furniture sector. Believing in the potential of “The Jolly”, the company decided to invest in the development of the product working side by side with the designer and musicians.
The result is a functional product with an elegant design that has been registered and will be further developed into a family of products for the music market.
Before presenting it for the first time at the 28th Mondomusica exhibition in Cremona, the product has been tested by professional musicians to refine its characteristics.
